FAQ
Who are your caregivers?
We help provide employment opportunities in the area we serve, so our caregivers are from our nearby community and are more familiar with the needs of our clients.
Our team has proven real-life experience and certifications in helping clients follow their doctors’ recommended care plans in the safety of their homes. They are insured and bonded and have undergone background checks as required by the law and the state.
How do you create care plans?
We work closely with your doctor’s approved care plan and help them implement, supervise, and monitor your progress. We also consider your personal preferences or wishes regarding the care, support, and frequency of home visits you want to receive.
Is communication constant and precise?
Communication transparency, flexibility, and accountability are essential to our relationship. Hence, we set guidelines and expectations for the care plan. We will meet with the client and their loved ones daily during and after your assigned caregiver shift.
What kind of support do you provide?
Your care team prioritizes Personal Care, Homemaking, Respite Care, and Companionship. These are non-medical services, so we only cover light housekeeping, medication management, running errands, companionship, and support with grooming and hygiene.
